Four Hands- Two Heads- One Cuisine Christian and Markus WinklerÂs motto. When preparing our dishes, our intention is to refine and improve the food products we use by being creative and imaginative. Nature gives us the basis, and we believe it is important to refine, but not to exaggerate. The three cornerstones of our kitchen are: clarity in taste, accuracy in preparation and completion of the dish, and appreciation of the product selected. Our major goal is to achieve a sense of simplicity and at the same time preserve the actual nature of the product. The great art of cooking is the art of maintaining simplicity. Less is more!! |
