Our first cookbook, the "Hüttenkochbuch" was published and released in the fall of 2010. In this cookbook you can find 80 exquisite recipes and gastronomic delights of culinary traditions in the Tyrol and Austria. Each recipe is explained thoroughly and is easy to understand with photos taken by Thomas Schauer, one of the best food photographers.

The "Hüttenkochbuch" is extremely popular with our guests and has often been praised by the press.
